Understand your saved view
Reload saved view loads evidence already held by Agate OS. It does not request a fresh collection from Xero or another provider. Reopening a page does not make old evidence current.
Request Xero API update is a separate Administrator control, shown only when available. It requests read-only collection. Check its result and update time before using the evidence.
- Live
- The source view has accepted evidence. Check its time and coverage; the label alone does not verify every relationship, service or quantity.
- Stale
- The saved evidence is older than the view expects. Check for a newer accepted update.
- Not connected
- This view has no accepted live source connection. An offline foundation or unavailable connector does not mean the provider has no records.
- Partial or unknown
- Missing values are not zero. An incomplete source cannot confirm that a service or charge is absent.
- Unavailable or access denied
- The view could not be loaded for this session or role. A failed read is not an empty result.
A recorded invoice quantity is Xero evidence; it does not establish assigned or purchased licences. Draft relationships remain proposals until reviewed against current operational evidence.
